Drone Place BD is an online store offering drones, cameras, and related accessories. All products listed on this website are subject to availability, pricing changes, and updates without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To use our website or place an order, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information,
• Ensure that the account and contact details you provide are valid.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications, and stock information are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to updates by manufacturers or suppliers.

We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, and availability at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• We accept online payments through approved payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
• In case of pricing errors or incorrect product details, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email/SMS.
Your order will be processed only after:

• Successful payment (for online payments), or
• Verification of delivery information (for Cash on Delivery).

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or incorrect information.

6. Delivery Policy

• Inside Dhaka: 5 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 10 working days
  Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier service, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

7. Return & Refund Policy

We offer returns and refunds based on the following conditions:

7.1 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received a defective or damaged product,
• You received the wrong product,
• The product does not match its description on our website.

7.2 Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 7–10 working days of receiving the product.
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
• Physical damage caused by customer misuse is not eligible for return.

7.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the return verification.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

Some products such as batteries, fragile parts, or fast-moving accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective.

8. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and brand.

• Some products come with an official manufacturer warranty.
• Warranty claims must follow the rules provided by the manufacturer or distributor.

Physical damage, water damage, or improper use voids warranty.

১. ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ডিফেক্ট (Factory Fault)

ড্রোন, ক্যামেরা, গিম্বল, সেন্সর, বা কন্ট্রোলারের ভেতরের ইলেকট্রনিক বা মেকানিক্যাল ত্রুটি

মাদারবোর্ড, মোটর, ফ্লাইট কন্ট্রোল সিস্টেম, IMU ইত্যাদির সমস্যা

ব্যবহার শুরু করার পর খুব তাড়াতাড়ি অস্বাভাবিক আচরণ বা কাজ না করা

২. সফটওয়্যার / ফার্মওয়্যার ডিফেক্ট

ফার্মওয়্যার আপডেটের পর ডিভাইসের অকার্যকারিতা

DJI Fly/App এর সাথে সঠিকভাবে কানেক্ট না হওয়া, যখন ত্রুটি ডিভাইসের কারণে

৩. ব্যাটারি-সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা

DJI ব্যাটারির ওয়ারেন্টি আলাদা, সাধারণত ৬ মাস।
কভার হয়:

ফুল চার্জ না হওয়া

সেল ইস্যু (Cell imbalance)

অত্যন্ত দ্রুত চার্জ কমে যাওয়া (যদি misuse না থাকে)

৪. গিম্বল / ক্যামেরা সমস্যা

গিম্বল ক্যালিব্রেশন ব্যর্থ হওয়া

ক্যামেরায় লাইন, ব্লার, কালার সমস্যা

ফোকাসিং সমস্যা (যদি স্ক্র্যাচ বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ না থাকে)

৫. কন্ট্রোলার বা স্ক্রিন সমস্যা

বাটন কাজ না করা

স্ক্রিনে লাইন, ডেড পিক্সেল

কানেকশন সমস্যা (যদি কেবল বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ না থাকে)

৬. সেন্সর সমস্যা

অবস্টাকল সেন্সর কাজ না করা

ক্যালিব্রেশন না নেওয়া

GPS বা Compass অস্বাভাবিক আচরণ (হার্ডওয়্যার ত্রুটি হলে)

❌ যেগুলো ওয়ারেন্টিতে কভার হয় না

(এগুলো ভুলে চাইলেও DJI ওয়ারেন্টি দেবে না)

ক্র্যাশে ভাঙা, পানিতে পড়ে নষ্ট হওয়া

ইউজারের ভুল সেটিং/অপারেশন

ব্যাটারি ফুল ড্রেইন করে নষ্ট করা

অনুমোদিত না এমন চার্জার/ব্যাটারি ব্যবহার

ডিভাইস খোলা বা মেরামত করার চেষ্টা

স্ক্র্যাচ, পড়ে গিয়ে শরীরের ক্ষতি

✅ সারসংক্ষেপ
DJI অফিসিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি মূলত নিজেদের ত্রুটি (factory + hardware + software faults) কভার করে।
অ্যাক্সিডেন্ট / পানিতে পড়া / ইউজারের ভুল—কিছুই কভার করে না।

📌ওয়ারেন্টি নোটিশ:
ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় প্রেরিত কোনো প্রোডাক্ট কাস্টমার নির্ধারিত তারিখ থেকে ৩ (তিন) মাসের মধ্যে সংগ্রহ না করলে, উক্ত প্রোডাক্টের জন্য Drone Place কোনো ধরনের দায়িত্ব বা দায়বদ্ধতা গ্রহণ করবে না।

9. Use of Drones

Customers must follow Bangladesh Government regulations regarding drone usage.
Drone Place BD is not responsible for:

• Drone operation permissions,
• Legal compliance,
• Any damage or legal issues caused by user action.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary information to process your orders. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except:

• For completing payment,
• For delivery/courier service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Drone Place BD will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• Any loss resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification of products,
• Any delay caused by courier services or unavoidable circumstances.

We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

13. Modifications
